First off I have to start by saying I absolutely couldn’t get past the quote about the cat and buttered toast. That’s seriously the funniest thing I’ve thought about in a long time.
On a real note, I really didn’t get too much out of this chapter. Basically what it seems he is telling me is that no matter how easy I make my site, someone won’t be able to navigate it properly. So what I get from this is once again, not trying to please everyone in the entire world. Only strive for the desired demographic.
