Knowing information that people want to see on your website, and making it easy for people to find.
I find it really tedious when I log into sites such as Gateway updates, and have to punch in 50 things that take you to the next page that didn't need the information I just typed anyway. And finding which update I actually need is always a pain.
It would be nice if, when I punch in the correstponding information, it would take me to where and what I need to download simple and easy to find.
