I have a little trouble with the less is more concept. I do agree, but for example, I designed the website for the Verizon Wireless Music Center Employees. There are links to various things that they will find helpful. One thing in particular is their monthly availability sheet. It is clearly labeled in the navigation on the main page and the availability page is VERY minimal. Yet, people still have immense trouble trying to figure out how to obtain their availibility sheet. I eventually had to just put it directly on the main page with long directions so that they could understand. It's not a new concept for them, so it really confuses me why they'd have so much trouble with simple, short instructions.
