In reference to Al's post...I completely agree. This has nothing to do with the fact that I think My Space is one of the stupidest things on the internet, although I'm sure it influences my opinion. My Space gives people the opportunity to showcase every single detail about their personal life in some of the most gaudy and un-user-friendly ways possible. Some of these pages are so loaded with crap that it takes 10 minutes to download and then every time you scroll it has to reload. They've got the moving pictures, the picture slideshows, a background picture, a song playing, a video playing, and sometimes the mouse cursor changes or has something scrolling after it! It's too much and I just don't understand how anyone could think its a good idea.
