It's nice to have freedom on a website, and kind of follow the rules Krug talks about in this book. So next time I work for THE MAN, and he wants me to do something insane... like a five minute flash intro... I will hand him this book, or copy one of his emails, and stick it in his face. This is how the web should work, and gosh darnit, lets make it simple.
