One of the most annoying things I can think of is when websites completely hide tech support information, mostly phone numbers. For example, Amazon has a phone number. I know. I've dialed it before, and have spoken to someone. But it is nearly impossible to find. If there's a problem, I don't want to have to wait for an email. I want an answer now. Unfortunately, a ton of sites make you look through their support pages before getting to the number.
