Chapter one only confirms things that have been driving me crazy about websites for quite some time. I have friends that will come and say "Take a look at this awesome website!" And then I'll go look at it and tear it to pieces. I don't know if the world is getting lazier or if they are just plain dumber, but no one wants to sit down at a website and take ten minutes to figure out how to (insert goal here). Everyone wants everything done 5 minutes ago and is never satisfied with any amount of waiting or "unnecessary brain activity".

In reference to the search ideas on a website, isn't this why we have an "advanced" search option as well as a normal search option?
